Mom's Hot Crab Dip

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 36
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, 250g
  • 6 ounces crab meat, 170g can drained
  • 2 tablespoons shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 cup toasted almond, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, beat heese, then mash in crab meat.
  • 2 stir in shallots, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce.
  • 3 spoon into 3 cup baking dish.
  • 4 sprinkle with almonds, dot with butter.
  • 5 bake in 350 f oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
