Salmon Marinade For Cedar Planks

Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons wine or 3 tequila
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix ingredients pour over salmon marinate 30 minutes.
- 2 remove salmon from marinade keep marinade.
- 3 plave salmon on prepared plank.
- 4 cook 8-10 minutes or to your liking place salmon on plate.
- 5 heat marinade add lime and spoon over salmon.
