Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
Recipe
- 1 combine the flour with the mustard, sugar and salt in the top of a double boiler with water boiling in the bottom.
- 2 gradually add milk into the flour mixture stirring constantly till mixture thickens.
- 3 add beaten eggs and cook 2 to 3 minutes more.
- 4 add vinegar and serve while hot.
- 5 use for fish or meat.
