Mustard Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 combine the flour with the mustard, sugar and salt in the top of a double boiler with water boiling in the bottom.
  • 2 gradually add milk into the flour mixture stirring constantly till mixture thickens.
  • 3 add beaten eggs and cook 2 to 3 minutes more.
  • 4 add vinegar and serve while hot.
  • 5 use for fish or meat.
