Ingredients

- 3 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 cup onion, finely minced
- 1 pint oyster (cut up if desired)
- 1 quart half-and-half
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 in saucepan, heat butter.
- 2 add onions and saute 1 minute.
- 3 add oysters.
- 4 cook just until oysters start to curl (3 min).
- 5 add half and half, salt and paprika.
- 6 heat just to boiling.
- 7 serve right away, with a little parsley on top.
