Ingredients
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can salmon
- 1/2 sweet onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 drain and shred the salmon in a bowl - remove any large bones and skin.
- 2 add onions, bread crumbs, cilantro, egg and salt and pepper.
- 3 mix.
- 4 form into 4 patties.
- 5 grill on lightly greased grill for 5 minutes per side.
