Salmon Manicotti

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 8 manicotti
- 2 cups cooked flaked salmon
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 10 ounces tomato sauce (can use spaghetti sauce if desired)
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 cook manicotti shells according to package directions.
- 3 mix together remaining ingredients except tomato sauce.
- 4 stuff shells with mixture.
- 5 pour about 3/4 of the tomato sauce over the bottom of a large baking pan and place shells on top.
- 6 spread the remaining sauce over the top of the shells to keep moist.
- 7 bake about 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
- 8 you can sprinkle more cheese on the top while baking.
