Salmon Manicotti

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 manicotti
  • 2 cups cooked flaked salmon
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 10 ounces tomato sauce (can use spaghetti sauce if desired)

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 cook manicotti shells according to package directions.
  • 3 mix together remaining ingredients except tomato sauce.
  • 4 stuff shells with mixture.
  • 5 pour about 3/4 of the tomato sauce over the bottom of a large baking pan and place shells on top.
  • 6 spread the remaining sauce over the top of the shells to keep moist.
  • 7 bake about 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
  • 8 you can sprinkle more cheese on the top while baking.
  • 9 enjoy!
