Salmon Party Roll

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 250 g philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 (40 g) packet french onion soup mix
  • 220 g salmon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • chopped walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 combine cream cheese, soup mix, salmon, and lemon juice together thoroughly.
  • 2 form into a roll (log shape).
  • 3 roll in chopped walnuts.
  • 4 wrap in foil & chill until firm.
  • 5 when needed, slice & serve on sliced french bread, savoury biscuits, or vegetable rounds.
