Scallops Linguini

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 lb mushroom, quartered
- 1/2 cup dry wine
- 1 tablespoon chopped shallot
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 3/4 lb bay scallop
- 3/4 cup thick sauce
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 12 -16 ounces cooked linguine
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/4 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/4 cups hot milk
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 heat butter in skillet.
- 2 add mushrooms, wine, shallots, cheese and parsley.
- 3 cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes,.
- 4 stir in scallops and continue cooking 2 minutes.
- 5 pour in sauce; season and cook 1 minute.
- 6 serve over cooked linguini.
