Lox Cornucopia Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 32 slices smoked salmon
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese with green onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) jar red caviar or 1 (3 1/2 ounce) jar black caviar

Recipe

  • 1 roll each slice of salmon into a cone shape.
  • 2 place on wax paper.
  • 3 cream the cheese until soft.
  • 4 stir in the parsley.
  • 5 pipe into the wee cones of salmon.
  • 6 top with a tiny spoon of caviar.
  • 7 arrange on a platter and refrigerate until serving time.
