Lox Cornucopia Appetizer

Ingredients
- 32 slices smoked salmon
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese with green onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) jar red caviar or 1 (3 1/2 ounce) jar black caviar
Recipe
- 1 roll each slice of salmon into a cone shape.
- 2 place on wax paper.
- 3 cream the cheese until soft.
- 4 stir in the parsley.
- 5 pipe into the wee cones of salmon.
- 6 top with a tiny spoon of caviar.
- 7 arrange on a platter and refrigerate until serving time.
