Pan Seared Scallops

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 (4 ounce) can of mild diced chilies, drained
  • 1 (5 ounce) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
  • 1 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter and add scallops.
  • 2 season with salt and pepper.
  • 3 sear the scallops for a few minutes.
  • 4 then add the rest of the ingredients.
  • 5 saute until done.
