Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 lb scallops
- 1 (4 ounce) can of mild diced chilies, drained
- 1 (5 ounce) can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
- 1 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt butter and add scallops.
- 2 season with salt and pepper.
- 3 sear the scallops for a few minutes.
- 4 then add the rest of the ingredients.
- 5 saute until done.
