Smoked Mackerel Pate In Lemon Cups

Ingredients

- 350 g smoked mackerel fillets, skinned
- 150 g butter, softened
- 150 ml sour cream
- 2 -3 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 6 lemons
- 6 small bay leaves
- toast, triangles
Recipe
- 1 put the mackerel, butter, soured cream and lemon juice into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. add the seasoning to taste.
- 2 cut the tops from 6 lemons and carefully remove the flesh. spoon the pate into the lemon shells. top with the bay leaves.
- 3 chill.
