Smoked Salmon Pizza

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 pizza crust, 12-inch pre baked
  • 1/4 cup honey dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely minced
  • 1/2 lb lox, thinly sliced (smoked salmon)
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced & separated into rings
  • 1 tablespoon capers, well drained

Recipe

  • 1 mix mustard, sour cream and dill together.
  • 2 spread on crust.
  • 3 cover with salmon.
  • 4 evenly place single layer of onion rings over salmon.
  • 5 sprinkle with capers.
  • 6 slice and enjoy.
