Spinach Fettuccine With Smoked Salmon And Dill

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 scallions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/3 lb smoked salmon, cubed into 1/2-inch, pieces
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 lb cooked fettuccine

Recipe

  • 1 saute scallions in the butter for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  • 2 lower heat and add smoked salmon and cream.
  • 3 stir and heat slowly for 5 minutes.
