- 1/2 kg hamour fish (grouper)
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 3 green capsicum
- 1 tablespoon lemon salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 3/4 tablespoon salt
- vegetable oil, for frying
Recipe
- 1 chop all ingredients and make ball shape.
- 2 fry till golden.
