Soupy Fish

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 firm fish fillets
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 45 g dry creamy chicken soup powder
  • 1/2 cup tasty cheese, grated
  • 1/3 cup parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200.c.
  • 2 line a baking tray with baking paper, place fish on the tray & drizzle with lemon juice.
  • 3 sprinkle with soup mix and cheese, season with black pepper.
  • 4 bake for 10 mins or until cheese melts & fish is cooked, sprinkle with parsley.
