Ingredients

- 4 firm fish fillets
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 45 g dry creamy chicken soup powder
- 1/2 cup tasty cheese, grated
- 1/3 cup parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 200.c.
- 2 line a baking tray with baking paper, place fish on the tray & drizzle with lemon juice.
- 3 sprinkle with soup mix and cheese, season with black pepper.
- 4 bake for 10 mins or until cheese melts & fish is cooked, sprinkle with parsley.
