Pasta With Tuna, Bacon, And Broccoli

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 4 minced garlic cloves (you can use less, we're a garlic family)
- 5 slices cooked bacon, cut into quarter-sized pieces (make it extra crunchy because the olive oil softens it)
- 2 cups frozen broccoli
- 2 (6 ounce) cans canned tuna
- italian seasoning
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup dry wine (this is approx. it depends on you)
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 lb cooked spaghetti
Recipe
- 1 heat olive oil and saute onion and garlic until soft.
- 2 add broccoli and tuna, cook until broccoli is tender.
- 3 add bacon, italian seasoning, black pepper and wine. heat through.
- 4 add to pasta and toss with remaining olive oil and cheese.
