Pasta With Tuna, Bacon, And Broccoli

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 4 minced garlic cloves (you can use less, we're a garlic family)
  • 5 slices cooked bacon, cut into quarter-sized pieces (make it extra crunchy because the olive oil softens it)
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans canned tuna
  • italian seasoning
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup dry wine (this is approx. it depends on you)
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb cooked spaghetti

Recipe

  • 1 heat olive oil and saute onion and garlic until soft.
  • 2 add broccoli and tuna, cook until broccoli is tender.
  • 3 add bacon, italian seasoning, black pepper and wine. heat through.
  • 4 add to pasta and toss with remaining olive oil and cheese.
