Spicy Baked Snapper

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 large red snapper
  • 4 tablespoons butter or 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup wine
  • 4 ounces matouk's green seasoning
  • salt
  • 2 teaspoons matouk's west indian hot sauce

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter and saute green seasoning.
  • 2 add chopped tomatoes, salt, hot sauce and wine.
  • 3 place fish in a greased baking dish and add sauce.
  • 4 bake at 350° for 40 minutes. baste with sauce during cooking.
