Spicy Baked Snapper

Ingredients

- 1 large red snapper
- 4 tablespoons butter or 4 tablespoons margarine
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup wine
- 4 ounces matouk's green seasoning
- salt
- 2 teaspoons matouk's west indian hot sauce
Recipe
- 1 melt butter and saute green seasoning.
- 2 add chopped tomatoes, salt, hot sauce and wine.
- 3 place fish in a greased baking dish and add sauce.
- 4 bake at 350° for 40 minutes. baste with sauce during cooking.
