- 1 1/2 lbs fresh fish fillets (or fresh-frozen and partially thawed)
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- parmesan cheese, to taste
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
- 2 arrange fish fillets to serve 4 people in a baking dish. stir the canned tomato soup and pour over the fish. sprinkle with lots of grated parmesan cheese to your taste.
- 3 bake preheated oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
