So-simple Tomato Fish Fillets

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs fresh fish fillets (or fresh-frozen and partially thawed)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • parmesan cheese, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
  • 2 arrange fish fillets to serve 4 people in a baking dish. stir the canned tomato soup and pour over the fish. sprinkle with lots of grated parmesan cheese to your taste.
  • 3 bake preheated oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
