Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 combine mayo, dijon, and parmesan. set aside
- 2 sauté salmon in butter until nearly done in an oven safe skillet. spread with topping.
- 3 broil until topping is golden brown.
