Salmon Dijon

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 combine mayo, dijon, and parmesan. set aside
  • 2 sauté salmon in butter until nearly done in an oven safe skillet. spread with topping.
  • 3 broil until topping is golden brown.
