Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients, great for chicken or fish.
- 2 marinate overnight if possible, but 3-4 hrs will do the trick in a pinch.
