Salmon With Creamy Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1/2-3/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 line a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan with heavy-duty foil; grease lightly.
  • 2 place salmon skin side down on foil.
