Mom T's Salmon Patties

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans boneless skinless pink salmon
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 heat olive oil in a skillet.
  • 2 drain salmon and flake it into a bowl. add eggs, onion and parsely. mix well.
  • 3 shape into 4 patties and fry in pan until lightly browned on both sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  • 4 note- sometimes i don't feel like making the patties and just throw it all in the skillet and make scrambled salmon.
