Prawn And Mango Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 red chili (deseeded and chopped)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon clear honey
- 450 g king prawns (pre cooked)
- 300 g mangoes (2 medium peeled and diced)
- 150 g mixed salad greens
- 1 pointed sweet red pepper (deseeded and sliced)
- 200 g cucumbers (sliced)
- 4 spring onions (trimmed and sliced)
Recipe
- 1 whizz chilli, lime juice, honey on blender to make dressing. season and mix with half of the prawns cover and chill for 20minutes.
- 2 make salad by tossing all other ingredients in a bowl adding the prawns and dressing on the top.
