Salmon With Balsamic Sauce

Ingredients

- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar, packed
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle both sides of fillets with salt and pepper.
- 2 in a skillet, cook salmon in oil over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork, flipping halfway through.
- 3 meanwhile, combine water, vinegar, lemon juice and brown sugar in a small saucepan.
- 4 bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced to about 1/3 cup.
