Soy-glazed Salmon Steaks

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 4 salmon steaks

Recipe

  • 1 heat broiler, with rack set 4 inches from heat. line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil; set aside. in a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and ginger.
  • 2 place salmon on prepared baking sheet; brush with soy mixture. broil until browned on top and opaque, 5 to 6 minutes.
