Spicy Cod Greenport

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 -6 cod fish fillets
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper or 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle bread crumbs on bottom of a greased, shallow baking dish.
- 2 place cod on top of crumbs.
- 3 combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
- 4 bake uncovered in 450* oven@ 10 minute per inch thickness of fish, basting several times.
- 5 garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
