Spicy Cod Greenport

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 4 -6 cod fish fillets
• 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper or 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper

Recipe

• 1 sprinkle bread crumbs on bottom of a greased, shallow baking dish.
• 2 place cod on top of crumbs.
• 3 combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
• 4 bake uncovered in 450* oven@ 10 minute per inch thickness of fish, basting several times.
• 5 garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
