Spicy Squid

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 30 g coconut milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 200 g squid, sliced into rings
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 fry garlic in oil till transluscent.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients except salt and stir fry till cooked.
  • 3 add salt.
  • 4 remove and garnish with fried shallots, sliced red chillies, cucumber and a piece of lime.
