- 200 g squid, sliced into rings

Recipe
- 1 fry garlic in oil till transluscent.
- 2 add remaining ingredients except salt and stir fry till cooked.
- 3 add salt.
- 4 remove and garnish with fried shallots, sliced red chillies, cucumber and a piece of lime.
