Spinach & Avocado Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 pickle, chopped
  • 1/2 large avocado
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • garlic salt
  • 4 slices bread (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix together first 5 ingredients.
  • 2 season with garlic salt to taste.
  • 3 serve on bread, or eat it straight out of the bowl.
