Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs of catty prawns (medium to big size)
- 2 smashed garlic cloves
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 8 spring onions (6 shredded, 2 cut into shape of flower)
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon wine
- pepper
- sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce

- 3 tablespoons water
Recipe
- 1 - clean prawns, slice horizontally.
- 2 - heat up oil, deep fry smashed garlic, add diced red pepper and seasonings. stir well.
- 3 - spread shredded spring onion on plate and place prawns on top. pour deep-fried smashed garlic and the seasoning on the prawns. steam over high heat for 4 minutes.
- 4 - heat sauce ingredients and pour on prawns. garnish with flower-shaped spring onions.
