Stove Top Smokers Wahoo Fish

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 medium wahoo
  • 5 tablespoons salt
  • 3 limes, juice of
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 first of all gut the fish trim tail and fins.
  • 2 rub with salt and soak in water for 30 minute.
  • 3 meanwhile make sure that the smoker is clean and dry.
  • 4 add 5 tablespoons of your favorite wood chips.
  • 5 dry the fish and line them on the smoker.
  • 6 put the lid on half way and put on medium heat.
  • 7 when the smoke starts to come out close the lid tighly and lower the heat.
  • 8 leave it for an hour or untill the fish is completly dry.
  • 9 prepare the dressing and drizzle over the smoked fish.
  • 10 serve it with some potato salad or pasta.
