- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
Recipe
- 1 dump all ingredients into a ziplock bag and marinade for 1-8 hours.
- 2 broil or grill salmon until it flakes.
