- 1/2 salmon, filleted
- 3 tablespoons manuka honey
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger or 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 360f.
- 2 whisk together honey, ginger, olive oil, soy sauce and pepper.
- 3 pour over fish and bake until done, about 20 minute.
