- 1 1/2 lbs salmon
- 3 -4 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced (or to taste)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 lay salmon skin down on tin foil.
- 3 spread garlic over entire fish flesh.
- 4 generously spread mustard over garlic.
- 5 place in oven 15-20 minutes.
- 6 broil the last couple of minutes for extra crisp.
