Salmon With Mustard Crust

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 1/2 lbs salmon
  • 3 -4 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (or to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 lay salmon skin down on tin foil.
  • 3 spread garlic over entire fish flesh.
  • 4 generously spread mustard over garlic.
  • 5 place in oven 15-20 minutes.
  • 6 broil the last couple of minutes for extra crisp.
