- 3 salted herrings
- 6 potatoes, boiled
Recipe
- 1 soak herring in cold water overnight; rinse well, drain and cut off heads.
- 2 preheat broiler and lightly grease broiler pan.
- 3 place fish on prepared broiler pan and place under broiler to brown lightly.
- 4 serve with boiled potatoes.
