Easy Cheesy Tuna Spread

Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fat free sour cream
- 1 (9 1/4 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- 2 cover and blend until smooth.
- 3 line a 2-cup metal bowl or mold with plastic wrap and place tuna mixture in bowl.
- 4 cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
- 5 unmold onto serving plate, carefully removing plastic wrap.
