Ila's Crab With Dill On Toast

Ingredients

- 6 pieces bread
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 ounces fresh crabmeat
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
Recipe
- 1 cut the crusts off the bread and then cut them into 1/4รข€™s. mix together the butter, red pepper flakes and salt. brush the bread with this mixture. bake on a cookie sheet for 10 min at 375 degrees or until golden brown.
- 2 mix the crab mixture and place on warm toast. garnish with a fresh dill sprig.
