Salmon With Dijon Dill Sauce

Ingredients

- 24 ounces salmon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 small shallot (chopped)
- 1/2 cup wine
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons dill
Recipe
- 1 broil salmon 7-10 minutes.
- 2 heat oil and 1 tablespoons of butter in saucepan until melted.
- 3 add shallot, cook until softened (about 1 minute).
- 4 add wine. cook 3 minutes.
- 5 wisk in dijon, dill, salt and pepper.
- 6 add remaining butter to sauce.
- 7 pour desired amount of sauce over salmon and enjoy!
- 8 (great with a side of cucumber!).
