Salmon With Dijon Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 24 ounces salmon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small shallot (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons dill

Recipe

  • 1 broil salmon 7-10 minutes.
  • 2 heat oil and 1 tablespoons of butter in saucepan until melted.
  • 3 add shallot, cook until softened (about 1 minute).
  • 4 add wine. cook 3 minutes.
  • 5 wisk in dijon, dill, salt and pepper.
  • 6 add remaining butter to sauce.
  • 7 pour desired amount of sauce over salmon and enjoy!
  • 8 (great with a side of cucumber!).
