Salmon With Lemon And Cilantro

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a teflon/non-stick skillet add olive oil and heat.
  • 2 rinse salmon and rub in chopped cilantro tops.
  • 3 put in hot fry pan skin side down.
  • 4 squeeze lemon juice over fillet and add lemons to the hot olive oil.
  • 5 move fillet occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • 6 fry about 12 minutes and flip.
  • 7 do not let lemons come between the fillet and the hot olive oil.
  • 8 fry for another 12 minutes, remove and put on plate skin side down with the fried lemons as a garnish.
  • 9 enjoy!
