Ingredients

- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1 1/4 cups papayas, ripe, peeled and diced
- 3/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes and stir.
- 3 serve over steamed fish.
