Sea Bass With Citrus And Soy

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons oriental sesame oil
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 (6 ounce) sea bass fillets
- chopped green onion
Recipe
- 1 mix first 6 ingredients in 8x8x2" glass baking dish.
- 2 add fish; turn to coat.
- 3 chill 2 hours, turning fish occasionally.
- 4 place steamer rack in large skillet.
- 5 arrange fish on rack.
- 6 pour marinade into skillet under rack and bring to boil.
- 7 cover skillet and steam fish until just opaque in center, about 8 minutes.
- 8 transfer fish to plates.
- 9 remove steamer rack from skillet.
- 10 boil marinade until reduced enough to coat spoon, about 6 minutes; spoon over fish.
- 11 top with green onions.
- 12 serves 4.
