Sea Bass With Pesto

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 12 ounces sea bass fillets
  • 1/4 cup pesto sauce
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 medium squash
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 cup brown rice, cooked

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425.
  • 2 sprinkle fish with salt and pepper and coat with a little pesto.
  • 3 bake approximately 14 minutes until done.
  • 4 meanwhile, saute squash and zuccini.
  • 5 toss with 1 - 2 tbsp pesto.
  • 6 serve fish over a few spoonfuls of pesto with rice on one side and veggies on the other.
