Sea Bass With Pesto

Ingredients

- 12 ounces sea bass fillets
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 2 medium squash
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425.
- 2 sprinkle fish with salt and pepper and coat with a little pesto.
- 3 bake approximately 14 minutes until done.
- 4 meanwhile, saute squash and zuccini.
- 5 toss with 1 - 2 tbsp pesto.
- 6 serve fish over a few spoonfuls of pesto with rice on one side and veggies on the other.
