Summer Tuna Paninis

Ingredients
- 2 (120 g) cans tuna, drained
- 1/3 orange bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 red onion, chopped
- 1 stick celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 8 slices rye bread or 8 slices multi-grain bread
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together, top mixture with slices of swiss cheese then spread on bread to make 4 sandwiches.
- 2 heat on panini grill, 3 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
