Ingredients

- 1 whole trout
- 3 lemon slices (thin slices)
- 1/4 teaspoon dill
- 1 sprig rosemary
- olive oil
- kosher salt
- 12 inches square aluminum foil
- 1 ounce dry wine
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 drizzle foil with oil and sprinkle with kosher salt.
- 3 place fish on center of foil and sprinkle with dill.
- 4 place lemon slices inside fish and rosemary on top. salt to taste.
- 5 fold up edges of foil and add wine. seal foil pouch and place in oven on 350 for 12 minutes.
