Lemon Dill Trout

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 whole trout
  • 3 lemon slices (thin slices)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • 12 inches square aluminum foil
  • 1 ounce dry wine

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 drizzle foil with oil and sprinkle with kosher salt.
  • 3 place fish on center of foil and sprinkle with dill.
  • 4 place lemon slices inside fish and rosemary on top. salt to taste.
  • 5 fold up edges of foil and add wine. seal foil pouch and place in oven on 350 for 12 minutes.
