Stove Top Smoker Fish Fillets

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 fresh catfish fillets
  • 1 -2 lemon
  • fresh ground pepper, to taste
  • dill

Recipe

  • 1 rinse the fish fillets and pat dry. squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets and season lightly with pepper and dill.
  • 2 smoke-cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes per pound. the fish will have a subtle earthy flavor.
