Garlic Ginger Salmon

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb salmon
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, minced

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients, except salmon, in a bowl or gallon size ziplock bag.
  • 2 you can either leave the fish whole, or slice into serving sizes.
  • 3 place fish in a flat bottom bowl and pour marinade over, or put into ziplock bag with marinade.
  • 4 marinate for no longer than 30 minutes.
  • 5 discard marinade and grill or bake.
