Garlic Ginger Salmon

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb salmon
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients, except salmon, in a bowl or gallon size ziplock bag.
- 2 you can either leave the fish whole, or slice into serving sizes.
- 3 place fish in a flat bottom bowl and pour marinade over, or put into ziplock bag with marinade.
- 4 marinate for no longer than 30 minutes.
- 5 discard marinade and grill or bake.
