Smoked Salmon Tabouli

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 200 g smoked salmon, slices roughly chopped
  • 1 cup flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 small cucumber, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 cup natural yoghurt (i'd recommend greek yoghurt)
  • 4 pita bread, halved, to serve
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges, to serve

Recipe

  • 1 place the smoked salmon, parsley, green onions, tomato, cucumber and lime juice in a large bowl and toss until well-combined.
  • 2 serve with yoghurt, pita bread and lime wedges.
