Steamed Whitefish Fillets

Total Time: 28 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 18 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 kg fish fillet
  • 360 ml tomato juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200°c.
  • 2 put the fish fillets in a baking dish.
  • 3 in a bowl combine the remaining ingredients.
