Ingredients

- 1 kg fish fillet
- 360 ml tomato juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 200°c.
- 2 put the fish fillets in a baking dish.
- 3 in a bowl combine the remaining ingredients.
- 4 pour over the fillets.
- 5 cover and bake for 12-18 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
- 6 serve at once.
