No-mayo Crab Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 (6 ounce) cans lump crabmeat
  • 1 celery heart, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 drain the crab meat and put in bowl.
  • 2 add the chopped celery, red onion and cilantro to the crab meat.
  • 3 squeeze the juice of 2 limes into the bowl.
  • 4 add pepper to taste.
  • 5 mix together.
  • 6 chill for at least an hour.
