- 4 (6 ounce) cans lump crabmeat
- 1 celery heart, finely chopped
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 2 limes
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 drain the crab meat and put in bowl.
- 2 add the chopped celery, red onion and cilantro to the crab meat.
- 3 squeeze the juice of 2 limes into the bowl.
- 4 add pepper to taste.
- 5 mix together.
- 6 chill for at least an hour.
