Raw Tuna Snackers On Daikon

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh sushi-grade fresh ahi tuna
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 daikon radishes, thinly sliced into 16 pieces
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced on an angle
Recipe
- 1 slice tuna into 16 1/4 inch thick rectangular pieces.
- 2 mix tamari and wasabi together.
- 3 pass tuna slices through mixture and dot both sides with sesame seeds.
- 4 place each piece on the sliced daikon and top with scallion.
