Polish Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
• 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 3/4 cup gherkins or 3/4 cup dill pickle, minced
• 1 tablespoon chives, minced
• 1/4 cup marinated mushrooms, minced
• 1 tablespoon non-pareil small caper

Recipe

• 2 best if made ahead.
• 3 i served it with batter fried fish.
